I have tried a TON of different keto friendly chip substitutes, but nothing every really hit the spot until now! This recipe is very simple and is sure to help with those tortilla chip cravings! They also make fantastic keto nachos.

Chips:
Guacamole:
2 avocados
1/4 onion
1 roma tomato
1/2 jalapeno
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1 clove minced garlic

Let’s Do This!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut all tortillas into 1/8ths.
Add olive oil to a large bowl.
Mix 1/2 of your chips into the bowl.
Add remaining 1/2 of chips and toss until all chips are evenly coated in oil.
Place in single layer on baking sheet(s).
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 9-11 minutes, until corners start to brown.
For the guacamole:
Chop onion, tomato, and jalapeno.
Add to a large bowl
Add avocado to the bowl
Add lime juice, cumin, red pepper, cilantro, salt, and garlic
Using a fork or potato masher, mash until you reach your preferred texture.
