Ingredients:

1 ½ c grated (powdered) parmesan
3 tbsp almond flour
2 eggs
6 mozzarella sticks (make sure they are cold)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp basil
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp garlic powder
Olive Oil for frying (We won't judge you if you use a cheaper oil)

Let’s Do This!
Whisk eggs in a small bowl.
Combine parmesan, almond flour, black pepper, thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic powder in a shallow dish.
Cut mozzarella sticks in half.
Roll each mozzarella stick in parmesan mixture, dip in egg, and roll in parmesan mixture. Return to egg and parmesan mixture for a second coating.
Freeze mozzarella sticks for 1 hour.
In a deep pan, heat ½ an inch of oil over medium heat.
Fry mozzarella sticks for 60 seconds on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Enjoy with some marinara sauce!
