70 grams Cacao Butter
30 grams Cocoa Powder
25 grams powdered (confectioner's) erythritol
10 drops liquid stevia
165 grams macadamia nuts
1 pinch of salt (optional)

Let’s Do This!
Melt cacoa butter on stove or in microwave.
Add melted cacoa butter to a medium sized bowl.
Add coca powder, erythritol, and stevia to the bowl.
Mix until the chocolate starts to thicken.
Add in macadamia nuts. If you are using unsalted nuts, add a pinch of salt.
Stir until well coated.
On a piece of parchment paper, create clumps of 8-12 nuts using a spoon.
Let sit for about an hour before eating.
