Let’s Do This!

  1. Melt cacoa butter on stove or in microwave.

  2. Add melted cacoa butter to a medium sized bowl.

  3. Add coca powder, erythritol, and stevia to the bowl.

  4. Mix until the chocolate starts to thicken.

  5. Add in macadamia nuts. If you are using unsalted nuts, add a pinch of salt.

  6. Stir until well coated.

  7. On a piece of parchment paper, create clumps of 8-12 nuts using a spoon.

  8. Let sit for about an hour before eating.
