It's based on a non-keto recipe that I have had at a few parties, but fit my requirements. I wanted it to be easy to make, enjoyable for everyone keto or not, and taste amazing. 16 OZ Cream Cheese (room temp)
8 OZ Tiny Shrimp (2 can drained)
Serve with either cheese crisps or pork rinds. I prefer cheese crisps.

Let's Do This:
Spread softened cream cheese into an even layer in a shallow dish.
Add cocktail sauce on top of cream cheese.
Spread to create the second layer.
Sprinkle your drained tiny shrimp on top of the cocktail sauce.
Top with chopped green onions.
Serve with pork rinds or cheese crisps.
