Let's Do This!
Preheat oven to 350F
In a large bowl, combine Almond Flour, Sweetener, Salt, Baking Powder, and Xanthan Gum.
Mix until all clumps are broken up, then set aside.
In another bowl, combine Melted Butter, Eggs, Heavy Cream, and Vanilla.
Mix wet ingredients in dry ingredients
Stir until well combined.
Spray a donut pan with coconut oil spray.
Evenly distribute the dough between 6 donut slots.
Spray tops of dough with coconut oil spray, then smooth with a spoon.
Baked for 15-18 minutes. Until the edges are starting to brown.
Immediately flip the pan onto a baking rack to create a flat botton on the donuts.
Let cool for about 20 minutes.
Combine all Glaze ingredients in a small bowl
Mix until smooth.
Dunk each donut in the glaze, then place back on baking rack.
You should have enough glaze to dunk them each twice.
Let cool for 30-60 minutes, until glaze is firm to the touch.
Enjoy!
