To start this ketogenic barbecue series I decided that we needed to begin with the basics; a good, ketogenic, bbq sauce. While there are a few store bought ones available, this keto bbq sauce recipe will put them all to shame!
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 50 (1 TBSP)
Macros Per Serving:
*Contains trace amounts, but not really measurable.

24 Oz Sugar-Free Ketchup
2/3 Cup Allulose (split into two)
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 TBSP Paprika
1 TBSP Onion Powder
1 TSP Black Pepper
1 TBSP Spicy Brown Mustard
1 TSP Liquid Smoke (buy the real stuff, not the flavoring)
2 TBSP Coconut Aminos

Let's Do This:
Combine half of the allulose and all other ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk until smooth.
Add mixture to a sauce pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Once mixture has darkened slightly, add the remaining 1/3 cup of allulose.
Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Store in the empty Ketchup bottle!
