¼ Cup Mayonnaise
2 TBSP Yellow Mustard
2 TBSP Sugar-Free Ketchup
1 TBSP Dill Relish
2 ½ OZ Diced Tomato
2 OZ Sliced Red Onion
8 OZ Shredded Lettuce
¼ TSP Pink Salt
¼ TSP Black Pepper
1 LB 80-20 Ground Beef

In a medium sized pan, brown the ground beef.
Once browned, I like to drain the fat. This is not something that I normally do on keto, but I find that the fat mixed with the lettuce produces an odd texture. It's up to you.
Stir in the salt and pepper, then set the meat mixture aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and relish.
Stir until it is well combined
Fill a large bowl with the lettuce.
Top with your beef, tomato, onion, burger sauce, and any optional toppings that you want.
