This recipe takes a fast food favorite and turns it into a keto bowl. The idea was to create a recipe that is both flavorful and easy to make. The Big McKeto In A Bowl turned out to be just that. This recipe produces an amazing looking burger bowl that is sure to keep your keto diet interesting.

Let's Do This!

  1. In a medium sized pan, brown the ground beef.

  2. Once browned, I like to drain the fat. This is not something that I normally do on keto, but I find that the fat mixed with the lettuce produces an odd texture. It's up to you.

  3. Stir in the salt and pepper, then set the meat mixture aside.

  4. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and relish.

  5. Stir until it is well combined

  6. Fill a large bowl with the lettuce.

  7. Top with your beef, tomato, onion, burger sauce, and any optional toppings that you want.

  8. Enjoy!
