This nutty, chocolatey recipe is simple to make and one of my favorite keto fat bombs to make. I tend to make them smaller so that they are lower in calories in order to more accurately hit my macros. If you need more fat, eat more than one :)

Chocolate Layer:
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
.5 tsp vanilla extract
.5 tsp erythritol
5 drop of liquid stevia
.25 tsp salt (optional)
Almond layer:
1 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp almond butter
.5 tsp erythritol
10 drops liquid stevia

Let’s Do This!
Combine all chocolate layer ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer until evenly combined.
Distribute evenly into 6 muffin pan molds.
Place in fridge or freezer until the layer is solid.
Combine all almond layer ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer until evenly combined.
Layer on top of the 6 chocolate layers.
Place in fridge or freezer until this layer is hard.
