2 medium/large zucchinis
½ cup tomato sauce
4 oz mozzarella cheese
2 oz parmesan
4 oz precooked italian sausage
24 pepperoni

Let's Do This!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut zucchinis in half. Remove middle portion of zucchini.
Add tomato sauce to the pan. You can use a low carb pre-seasoned sauce or use our italian seasoning recipe with plain sauce.
Spoon sauce mixture into zucchini. Add sausage. Cover zucchini in mozzarella, parmesan, and pepperoni. Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
