Keto lasagna is a simple, delicious recipe that will soon become a staple in your household. It is perfect for meal prep and for family dinner. Even if you aren’t keto, this lasagna will be something you crave!

1 lb 80% ground beef
1 12 oz can low carb tomato sauce
1 medium zucchini
10 oz ricotta cheese
4 oz mozzarella cheese
1 clove of garlic

Let's Do This!
Preheat oven to 350F.
Thinly slice zucchini, we use a mandolin.
Brown ground beef with garlic.
Add tomato sauce to meat (if tomato sauce is unseasoned, use our Italian seasoning)
Layer lasagna in an 8x8 pan starting with sauce, then zoodles, then ricotta. Make sure you end on a sauce layer.
Sprinkle the top with your lasagna with mozzarella.
Cover lasagna with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and broil until cheese is brown and bubbly.
