Let’s Do This!

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Finely chop onion.

  3. Combine ground beef, onion, egg, garlic, white pepper, salt, chili powder, ground mustard, and ½ c of cheddar cheese in a bowl.

  4. Line a 4x9 loaf pan with bacon. Add ground beef to the pan.

  5. Top ground beef with barbecue sauce and ½ c of cheddar cheese. Wrap the bacon around the meatloaf. Secure with toothpicks.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Until your meat reads 160F on a meat thermometer.

  7. Enjoy!
