1 lb ground beef (we use 80- 20)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
6 strips bacon
½ small onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground mustard

Let’s Do This!
Preheat oven to 400F.
Finely chop onion.
Combine ground beef, onion, egg, garlic, white pepper, salt, chili powder, ground mustard, and ½ c of cheddar cheese in a bowl.
Line a 4x9 loaf pan with bacon. Add ground beef to the pan.
Top ground beef with barbecue sauce and ½ c of cheddar cheese. Wrap the bacon around the meatloaf. Secure with toothpicks.
Bake for 40 minutes. Until your meat reads 160F on a meat thermometer.
