Cauliflower mash is a fantastic ketogenic substitute for mashed potatoes. It provides a fantastic way to get your fats up, while keeping your carbs low. If you're tired of plain old cauliflower mashed potatoes, spice it up with this keto garlic cheddar cauliflower mash!

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz Cauliflower (riced if possible)

  • 2 TBSP butter

  • 2 oz Cream Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/4 TSP salt

  • 1/2 TSP parsley

Let's Do This:

  1. Cook cauliflower according to packaging. If there is a time range, choose the longer time.

  2. Drain any water from bag

  3. Add Cauliflower, Butter, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Sald, Garlic Power, and Parsley to a food processor.

  4. Mix until almost smooth

  5. Add Cheddar cheese

  6. Pulse until cheddar is incorporated. I like visible pieces of the cheese.

  7. Enjoy!
