Tortillas are a necessity, especially for taco night! This simple recipe is a great replacement for your standard tortilla with an added benefit of fiber! Use it for taco night, quesadillas, wraps and anything else you like! These tortillas are a perfect, filling addition to your next taco night!

¾ c water
½ c + 1 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
2 tsp chia seeds
¼ tsp salt

Combine flax meal, psyllium husk powder, chia seeds, and salt to a medium sized bowl.
Boil water.
Create a pit in the center of your dry ingredients. Add boiling water and mix with a fork until you get a dough-like consistency.
Break dough into 4 balls. Place dough ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Flatten dough with a cutting board until dough is roughly ⅛ inch thick . Repeat for the rest of the dough.
Cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side in a greased or nonstick pan.
