There are some days when I don't feel like cooking. This is my go-to, quick and easy, meal. It's perfectly keto and can be made in 10 minutes.

1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp hatch chilis
1 lb ground beef
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 package miracle rice
1/2 can diced tomatoes
Spice Blend:
1/2 tsp of the following:
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper

Brown ground beef in a skillet with garlic and chilis.
Add spice blend.
Stir in drained miracle rice or Konjac noodle
6 oz diced tomatoes.
Top with cheese.
Broil until cheese is melted.
