Shepherd’s Pie is one of the best comfort foods around! It is deceivingly simple to make and the flavor is out of this world. Shepherd’s Pie is an indulgent recipe that will make you will feel like you are cheating, even though you aren’t! If you are a fan of shepherd’s pie you need to try this recipe. Let’s Do This!

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  2. Chop onion and celery, set aside.

  3. In a large pan, add olive oil, chopped garlic cloves, and onion cook for roughly 2-3 minutes or until onion is soft.

  4. Add ground beef to the pan. As ground beef is cooking, add salt, black pepper, white pepper, and garlic powder.

  5. Once meat is cooked add tomato paste and celery, stir until fully incorporated.

  6. Evenly spread meat mixture in a 9x13 casserole dish.

  7. Prepare your cauliflower or cauliflower rice.( I used steam bags, so mine went in the microwave).

  8. Add cooked cauliflower to your food processor along with your heavy cream, butter, salt, black pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, parsley, and ½ c of your mozzarella. Mix on high until fully incorporated.

  9. Layer cauliflower over your meat mixture. Bake for ten minutes until cheese is brown and bubbly.

  10. Enjoy
