Keto BBQ Sauce Recipe

To start this ketogenic barbecue series I decided that we needed to begin with the basics; a good, ketogenic, bbq sauce. While there are a few store bought ones available, this keto bbq sauce recipe will put them all to shame!

Let's Do This:

  1. Combine half of the allulose and all other ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Whisk until smooth.

  3. Add mixture to a sauce pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Once mixture has darkened slightly, add the remaining 1/3 cup of allulose.

  5. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  6. Let cool.

  7. Store in the empty Ketchup bottle!
