Quick boxed meals like Hamburger Helper are always a crowd pleaser, but the noodles aren't keto and neither is the sauce. This keto friendly recipe is a great replacement for those quick weeknight meals that may not be so healthy.
Macros for 1/4 Recipe:
Calories: 728
Fat: 61g
Carbs: 11g
Net Carbs: 5.5g
Protein: 34g

1 lb ground beef
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup water
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 package skinny pasta (konjac noodles)
1 tsp Xanthan gum (to thicken as needed)
Seasonings:
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
¼ tsp Red Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 pinch Crushed Red Pepper

Brown the ground beef in a pan.
Add seasonings to the beef. Make sure the seasoning evenly coats the beef.
Add water and cream to your pan. Allow cream to come to temperature.
Stir in cheese until fully melted.
Add xanthan gum to the sauce to help thicken the sauce.
Toss in your low carb noodles.
