Aside from guacamole, it's been a struggle to find good party dips that everyone will enjoy whether they are following keto or not. This cheesy chorizo dip is sure to please everyone at your next party or potluck!

12 oz chorizo
1 lb cheese of your choice
1 clove garlic
¼ medium onion
2-3 tbsp heavy cream
2 tbsp cilantro
3 tbsp diced pickled jalapenos

Brown the chorizo in a pan with onion and garlic.
Add the cheese to your pan. Stir continuously until cheese is fully melted.
Use cream to thin the dip to your desired thickness.
Finely chop your cilantro and jalapenos. Add them to pan.
